Thought In All Secondary Schools; The Bhavaghad Gita

And I wash my Psyche with the Bhavagad Gita - Henry David Thoreau (Walden)

The Bhavaghad Gita will be the most important read of this year and my adult life for a long time, it taught me this life have always had problems most of which are invariably acquired, proffering also stoic, and resolute solutions that work no matter the turmoil of whatever epoch we find ourselves.
They center around self discipline and having a resolve above all things, According to Pema Chodron, Things never get resolved they form up or fall apart the goal is to have enough room in you to allow it happen, and like the Gita says You must be content in your atman. For the world is entirely for your notice and everything, I mean everything in life ends up in knowledge the only thing
