Footballers, Rather Philosopher Kings

In the 1974 World Cup, one man stole the heart of millions as he stipulated and deigned what it meant to be an over man. Propounding the philosophy of the total footballer, or basically the total man, His mesmeric performance in the World cup would go on to be the model of what it stipulates to be a total footballer.

Football is emotional television as you don't get to fall in a person until you see how best he makes do with all that he is, striving in spite of all in what Nietzsche refer to as the ubermensch.
He was a man who completely garbed in moderation played in moderation and using the hardest simplicity to sway the heart of the world, His name is Johann Cruyff.

It footballers were made to read the Bhagavad Gita imbuing some of the Martial beauty and emptying simplicity that comes with reading this text, I am sure many of today's here footballer will come to have beauty in their playing, improve their outlook, they know that they're not just athletes but philosopher kings.

If they see the amount of pull they control and how many youngsters look up to them, they would understand that they have a platform to really pass a message, "it could/should be simple"

A footballer needs to know that he is not just an athlete but an image, a poet of the beautiful game, whose strive for that image of perfection and the ubermech in him equates as the total footballer both in and outside the pitch of football.

To be the hardest simple,  pouring out of him his gait, dress sense, style of football, passing, defending:; We might see glimpses in players like Thiago Alcantara, Van Dijk, Ward Prowse, Mesut Oezil, Fabinho, Bergkamp, Calhanoglu Modric,
Not just playing football, but containing the football, measured in everything, in thumping victory and crushing defeat, moment to moment eudamonia till the end of the 90 minutes.

Your football becomes a spring of brevity when you step on the stage you become the character, the climate, the ubermensch, discipline above all, functionality over grandeur.
Cryuff call the simple football as the hardest to play and he went on to introduce the tident tiki taka football and coach his philosophy to an everlasting victory.

The Dutch team of the 70s are still a joy to watch it's a shame they didn't win the world cup, but their gift to the world is forevermore
Would it be a big deal if every footballer read a copy of the Gita before every match. Damn be flair and grandeur, functional like an ant, the hardest simple

Are you the ubermensch in your endeavour, Can you function through all your ordeals, Can you retain the simple through life's undulations.
