Teaching History with AP's Archive

The Associated Press News outlet boast of an unparalleled archive of historical footages, which can be used to teach History and make a scholar of History at any age,
Some with sound, some without. They contain the story behind them and many of them are short, they contain African History especially and history from other countries and continents. These footages are the closest thing to a Time machine on YouTube

I posit a museum where a flat screen television van be used to show African History straight from AP archives. Originally Soni's idea I feel it might work in helping a teach for a continent as mired in turbulence like ours. Of course the Biafran war, Kwame's dance with Elizabeth and Lumumba death
This is a thank you for the foresight and wisdom to collect and carefully preserve these documents until they were digitized
A student of History need not look further for documentaries and short videos to use as learning materials. It's a gold mine, a find and a collective treasure of humanity.

My saddest video still remain the death of Patrice Lumumba. May his soul rest in peace.

Thanks AP News you are the chest.
