Do writes take their time to carve out and remember the syntaxes of their characters creating conversation around them and putting them in mind in scene creating, making up the cliche, the mannerisms, the expected.
Level of intellect can be quite hard to guage in writing or creating a literary piece it is with the mannerisms that we can infer or even be misled in dramatic ironies.
It is a big feat that Oda is able to perform by churning out so many characters and remembering all of their syntaxes no one speak out of character, Oyabin would dare use Sengoku syntaxes, but their warped nature of their level of intelligence isn't discounted, how it peaks to something quite dangerous as they are no pushovers and have been a while will carry its own punch. it is funny to you but quite serious in that their effort's are within it.
So create a work of art, the plot, skeletons and creating the character and it's mental width isn't something you pull off willy, Many forget and sometimes you hear a maid in certain works spewing Philosophy, Huh?
Kawabata's Snow country creaked suffered syntax errors, but he made the call girl feel a little ignorant in the latter part something I feel he kind of forgot when he wrote her saying "Business, Business"
Obviously a tress from Thousand Cranes, it sn't as overt as Chekhov's Uncle Vanya where everyone seem to have majored in Philosophy or Huxley's Crome Yellow which is the cum of the snob.
If reading is really autobiography, your mind could be dialogued, but isn't it better when. undulated, tempered intellectual to pass an information with a bending of your choice conduit of expression.
Stutter, diction, pauses aren't just peculiarity of a character more than reflecting truth in six blind men. Every branch reaches a leaf as every truth serves an altruism one that the character must brave and clash either other in philosophical fight, but syntax are signposts of that rote.

Some people believe that men are molded from suffering and ensure that suffering as their own form of love, others believe that men are molded from knowledge, all the books I have read none have put me through suffering.
Your character clash in that ideology until time calls for a time out, molding scenes and events putting a character thought process into certain actions, it's recipice and catharsis but it isn't a total conversion
All these make writing a piece of literature that much adept, but could the writer remember all these, Oda have managed to create something wonderful in One piece and it will take time for use to fully appreciate his genius and this work of art.
Lesson learned however is how do you mold your character and ensure they retain their edifice making each character reveal understanding from a different perspective, knowledge and syntaxes.

But of course all thoughts stems from you the omniscient but to maintain the wrought of each branch really makes good tree and literary architecture.
