Do writes take their time to carve out and remember the syntaxes of their characters creating conversation around them and putting them in mind in scene creating, making up the cliche, the mannerisms, the expected.

It is a big feat that Oda is able to perform by churning out so many characters and remembering all of their syntaxes no one speak out of character, Oyabin would dare use Sengoku syntaxes, but their warped nature of their level of intelligence isn't discounted, how it peaks to something quite dangerous as they are no pushovers and have been a while will carry its own punch. it is funny to you but quite serious in that their effort's are within it.
So create a work of art, the plot, skeletons and creating the character and it's mental width isn't something you pull off willy, Many forget and sometimes you hear a maid in certain works spewing Philosophy, Huh?

Some people believe that men are molded from suffering and ensure that suffering as their own form of love, others believe that men are molded from knowledge, all the books I have read none have put me through suffering.
Your character clash in that ideology until time calls for a time out, molding scenes and events putting a character thought process into certain actions, it's recipice and catharsis but it isn't a total conversion
All these make writing a piece of literature that much adept, but could the writer remember all these, Oda have managed to create something wonderful in One piece and it will take time for use to fully appreciate his genius and this work of art.
