In describing what I feel is apt for sharing a regimen, I searched duckduckgo for pictures of a man benching, quite sure that I would be using a man on a bench lifting weights and saw this quite different image and I felt wow that's really is a man on a bench lifting weights. That is a more apt description of a crossed leg, black sock, relaxed laugh of a man who has planned his day and life well and couldn't wait to let you on the secret that a well planned day coalesce to a well planned life.
It mostly starts like.
