There is a position open to every man from the point of birth till his death, nothing can take it from him, No circumstances of life can be of a hindrance. A cripple led the Battle of Tondibi and very blind Stevie Wonder went on to win Grammies
There is a lot of find that awaits every soul that seeks, and it's in the read, in the reach out of that mind from eyes, fingers, ears and speaking out that there is a tendril out there waiting for you and it will find you too.

What is a World leader, it's a synonym which makes this the second article of instead of President become a Chakravarti.
Any man who decides to make time, to feed his soul in the read, sacrifice and maintain a life of spirituality will attain the position of being a World Leader.
And nothing can take it from him, blindness cannot steal it from him, Imprisonment cannot steal it from him, neither can poverty or 

world leaders are not Impervious, they are just your propriety centered, well read cautious, determined to read to the highest manifestation of who they are and in that quest the road has no end. Open and free from birth to the end of breathing. This is position is open to every man and woman, no matter where you find yourself, no matter what you do for sustenance, race or religion.

Here are examples of World Leaders, men who went to shape the course of History and the jobs and life they lived, challenging you not to limit yourself or think that you have reach the end of the you. No you still have some polishing to do, the human is only animal without a limit, the most unpolished gem ever.

I don't know who you think you are don't look down on yourself, no matter what you do for a living there is a position available for you from now till your death and it is the position of world leader.

How do I get there, simple; Read a book every week, for the 52 weeks of every year for at least 6 years, Yes that should put you in contention.

Read and you will surely lead.
Read and you will be King, Pirate King 
Read and you will be worshipped
Read and you will converse with God
Read and you will be a god
fear ignorance everything in life hinges on a frequency,
