My Lord Buddha please, help me navigate life correctly
In this sea of tribulations and mind games
may I chart course towards weal and peace always
may envy not turn me into a stepping stone for the upliftment of others
Let me rise, side by side with my peers
let goodness and generosity be second nature to me
making me a shoulder for others to lean on
when I am shorn in intellect, make of me
a bastion of the moral
let my life reflect goodness, kindness, passion
light and freedom
Keep my heart and soul pure
make my vessel clean always for your permeation
fill me constantly with your words and direction
may I never have to worship my fellow man
money or the ideals of an unjust society
make me shine bright for all the world to see
As is the created the sun, let light be replicate within me
Let the world marvel at the wonder of a source so bright while I live a free and wild
