The Player's Diet



Watching highlights of the entire AFCON performance of the Nigerian Team and I have the same complain as before, These players feel heavy, they aren't running. Football is a marathon why aren't they running?

What are they eating that makes them unable to run, depending on rather long passes and tired efforts, they are rather springy on the feet when they should be fluid.

You look at C Ronaldo Instagram and he eat a lot of fish, A players diet should be in high fat, ketones that allow his brain think fast 
I talking fish, bone marrow broth with scent leaves, unripe plantain and cannabis.

And a focus on the Mediterranean diet 


Ours exercise should be yoga look at Pogba that is his entire fitness routine, Let them do more of yoga and swimming, streamlining  your muscle
rather than building them in parts and biceps, let them stretch over your bones like a twine.
