For man is a nerve, reading is the tapping of that beacon, the pineal gland releases forgotten memories from one's past existences which then become for us a reattainment with personality being more of climb a la Jung. The body are cells in death and birth what holds all this together a brain that is truly more etheric than it is physical.
The overpsyche is a picture reel of negatives consisting past lives, So if man is a pixellation of memory and atoms with the nerve at the epicenter, the fetch of said memory is in therefore the fetch of the man.
Since all memories are backwards the more he reads the younger he becomes, reading and sacrifices might be the cure to ailments slowing aging, healing the body and mind.
It boils down how strict a regimen you are going to keep, we have heard of monks and yogi living for quite long and still looking young with strict vegetarian diet, reading making sacrifice and sticking to that routine.
The nerve hereby will be in constant glaze, burn if you will, boiling and recalibrating this whole body of atoms and molecules in an everbecome. However since the holographs and mind picture are gotten from a younger memory reel, the man would imvariably look younger, glow and feel spry.
Such renunciation and traveler mentality towards life makes Gandhi such role model of mine. You walk, you read you make your sacrifice: essentially you man, man, and man again
There more to life than increasing its speed.,- M.K. Gandhi
We might have found the man, we now know how to keep him, young, in good health of mind and body, if he stops this mindless chase, seek the self in the sparse, rigid routine, and disciplin
For in there lies the gem unpolished.
