Half or quarter the minimum wage for buying things and a monthly merriment, Treat them like huaman beings, use them, let them tackle the drainage, clear them
Let them use a conveyor belt system and filter every watse, tackle the land fill.
natural waste for compost and manure, synthentic waste for recycling, done? Let's import waste from other countries and let them take care of it.
Allow them the light of day, fresh air, both prisoners amd the warders suffer the same psychological downturn because of the holed up condition of our prison, it could infact be an industry, the fact that they are prisoners doens't mean they get to be locked up senssslessl when they could be useful
They can serve as blood donors, organ donors
