Akame Ga Kill is a straight to the point morbidness of an anime that features a guy that get involved with a group of Assassins who in their quest to change the ills in the society, Gave what they took, which is Life.
This is my ranking of the night raid members of the anime AKAME GA KILLS from the strong to the strongest. Considering how they will fair in another scenario than the macabre way the anime was fashiioned (spoiler alert).

10. CHELSEA
Her Teigu, "Phantasmagoria: Gaea Foundation," is a cosmetics box that allows her to change her physical appearance at will. This allows her to get within arms reach of her targets where she uses acupuncture needles to stab her targets in vital locations. Her imperial arm is one of the most useful in the entire series, the master of deception and shape shifting but it contributes little to her fighting ability.

Her Teigu, Cutter of Creation: Ecstasy, are a giant pair of scissors made with the strongest materials in the world, allowing them to cut through virtually anything. A secondary ability of Ecstasy allows the user to emit a bright light from the blades, effectively blinding unsuspecting foes. Due to the strong properties of her imperial arm it can also be used for defence.

Her Teigu, Roman Artillery: Pumpkin, a rifle that can fire highly concentrated piercing shots of spirit energy. Pumpkin's secondary special ability magnifies the power of its shot in proportion of how much danger the user whose wielding it is in.

Her Teigu, Animal King Form: Lionelle, is a belt that increases all five senses, gives her animal-like characteristics, and a powerful Healing Factor in combat.

His Teigu, Infinite Uses: Cross Tail, is a garotte on gloves that can be used in a myriad of ways such as enemy detection, makeshift shields, laceration, strangulation, and can be shaped into a number of different weapons.

His Teigu, Demon Armor: Incursio, is a short sword that can summon a full body armor that enhances the his physical strength and allows him to blend in with the environment, giving him invisibility, speed, and full body defence.

Her last known Teigu, Speed of Lightning: Susanoo, is a living humanoid Teigu that functions as the user's bodyguard and can do household chores extremely efficiently and can fight on behalf of the user. Susanoo was designed to do house chores as well as fight. Like Hekatonkheires, as long as his core remains intact, he will continue to regenerate. He has a trump card move, called "Magatama Manifestation" that sucks his user's life energy into the magatama on his chest in order to gain a tremendous amount of strength, and enabling him to use powerful moves such as "The Mirror of Yata" that can reflect any kind of projectiles and brand, as well as "Ame no Murakumo" which is a kind of giant sword that has immense power. This is by far, the most useful imperial arm in the series.
