Ari Lennox - Pho is Sexy

Forest Hills Drive, Smile Good, Drift and Pho  what do these albums have in common -they are Short, Precise and Beautiful, and when it finishes you find yourself putting it on replay, saying "again again", " again again" like the Teletubbies.

I know there are a lot of comparisons between Dreamville and TDE and only a fool won't extend the JCole  Kendrick, Omen AbSoul, Bas Schoolboy Q, JayRock Cozz comparison to SZA Ari Lennox

    When i think about the comparison between the two groups, I'd say there nothing to compare because they are different.  And led me to this analogy

TDE is Sherane your sophisticated girl with piercing on her nose, with a fat behind, and her make up, with her round mouth, blowing bubbles from her gum with it. A very Bad girl indeed, A voluptuous pudding of chocolate who is self aware of her goodness and flaunts it

Dreamville is Sally who is always with her flowing skirt, a mullato glued to her headset with her recommended glass and her a novel in her hands and behind no piercings at all not even in her ears. But she's got a nasty side and once you get to know her. You'd find out she is not so different from Sherane. she is bad and would school you.she just don't flaunt it.

And funny they both rock mean afros.

There is something about Dreamville albums that makes me love them. Voice over sound. Simplicity of the beat and they all reek of J Cole which is a good thing. Apart from him being a blessed rapper he is also a talented producer.

I have listen to Pho for more 6 times and its a really really good album. Short and beautiful

There is a lot of sexiness on this album. And I have to say Ari Lennox have an amazing voice La la la la rings in my head everyday thanks to her.

This album could be likened to sex with your partner in a slow and steady way the kind of sex Shailene Woodley and Ansel Ergot in the fault in our stars, or the foreplay in the album can be likened to James Brody and Moran Atias's in third person I am just saying the album is sexy. As the beat and her amazing voice gives me eargasms

Yuengling was an amazing single and so also wasBackseat which although is not my first listen because I have heard it in Revenge of a Dreamer 2 but it sounded like it was on a visit in that albun and it came home to rest on track two of Pho and there it sounded even better as it felt good to listen to as it added to the very sexiness of the album

Night Drive was cool too. You notice the simple beat again, and her voice, oh her voice, especially the part where she goes "oh you so fine, purple in the sky, cruising highway 85.."

In Cold outside I love the whole part about her not caring if you got a girl. "You know my roommate ain't home and its really cold outside"

Don't get me started on Backwood which is also amazing by the way, picture your perfect Sunday evening and you are driving with the missus going nowhere in particular, rubbing thighs and she leans over and kisses your cheeks you feel her tongue on your sideburns, This album just felt like sex and I came at 'Cold Outside'

Overall great album. Albums like this reminds us why music will always remain the solace of brokenhearted, the weirdos companion, and opium of the downcast. Wonderful album, Beautiful Artist.   Thank you Ari.
