As the popular saying goes, out of sight is out of mind, what about out of mind can that possibly remove what is in sight, this movie is a sci-fi romance movie that decided to play on the possibility of removing the memory of one's loved ones so as to make the break up process less painful and bearable. feautring a side of Jim Carrey I have never seen and an Emotional Needy Winslet, backed with Ruffalo, Wood and Dunst, shows that there is a reason why i chose to review this movie on Valentine's Day
Why do I fall in love with every woman that gives me the least attention
This is a love story about Joel and Clemetine who consented to having their memories wiped out to forget about each other To be sincere I was a bit skeptical about Jim giving the movie the emotion it requires but surprisingly Stanley removed his mask and showed us what it really means to be a man who is every bit shy, but can't understand why he is drawn to this strange woman and Kate on the other hand acted perfectly what it meant to date a very sensitive and erratic person emphasized by the constant mood swing and hair colour
I wouldn’t call it a downer if you find that the fact that the movie going from back to front and immersed in deep nostalgia, this isn't confusing but it just gives credence to the ability of human memory which is the center point of discuss and the fact that memory recollects which is to bring from back to front.

Opposites attract most of the time, and in this case creates a wierd so deep that even after the operation doesn’t remove the affection they feel for each other Him being a cool headed, note leaving when somebody bashes your car kind of guy and She being an erratic human being.
Lacuna Inc. is the company which also have some skeleton buried in them like the memory they sort to remove theirs where hidden in the tapes that a once head over heels in love secretary felt germane to let out. Anyway our lovers being dysfunctional fell victim of a surprise heartbreak when she didn't know him after the operation So to tit his broken hearted tat, he decided to wipe out his own memory to forget all about her which shows the bulk of the movie showing the way the memory works as the there are time warps, corridors are turned into kitchen as he fight to keep every memory of her during the process of the memory deleting. almost like an unfinished dream you have go back into your dream forcefully to remember
The movie shows just how the mind works as things move from left to right, right to left and as everything is in a disarray and confusion that is the mind.
The Lacuna guys too are human beings too with a longing for love and having first hand, things they consider important and first hand information as to how the mind of their patient works might search for love or mind control, are the two not the same thing?
The memory wipe ends being a catharsis for poor Joel and after a while he admits there are memories that he would still like to keep especially the part where she says "Don't Ever leave me Joely"
Going into the office he runs to Mierzwarck begging him please let me keep this one, or did he? All i can assure you is when you are through with the movie, you would ask for the same thing
