   Downloading movies and music can be very stressful especially when there is a media of importance involved, some sites like you to go through a lot of stress when downloading from them, ad sites and limit caps and what not.
Until you open an index of parent directory site and you will know that downloading can also be so much fun. 
Directory sites are like file managers in the web like a hard drive of your favourite things, Music, Movies, Applications, Games, and other(you know what I mean).
Anyway these sites are mostly owned by Arabs and people from non speaking sites and i think the idea is to have a closed circut storage and sharing site for people like them, where they can download Trending Hollywood movies and dub them to their own language and keep them there, and guess what remains too. the original - clear and easy to download with just ONE CLICK.
How do you identify which one is which 
The dubbed files are usually name farsi.dubbed For example when you want to download Black Panther A currently trending Hollywood movie, A dubbed movie will be written like this:

Black Panther 2018 HD Blu Raydownloaded.net.farsidubbed.mkv

HOW DO I FIND THESE SITES 

simple just use keyword in your search, keywords are words that you think the owner of the site will use in saving this movie and search for them on google so that they just direct you to these site without hassles.
Most of these sites usually save their movie in mkv format so when searching you can go like this

Lost in Translation.mkv index of parent directory (exactly like that)

or any movie name you want 45 years, Man on the Ledge et.c and i guarantee you. you will see at least one or 5 sites that have this movie and along side it other movies you never thought you could download so easily

HOW DO I USE THESE SITES

These sites are simple and self explanatory and they dont cause any problem and have no virus, they are like file manangers. Once you get to the site it looks like you are opening a Hard drive you open a folder if it empty you click to the "Return to Folder " Icon that is always sitting pretty at the top of the folder to direct you to the home page and to other contents of the site

If you get to a blank page it means you have gotten to the end of the folder and you go back to continue viewing and downloading. Here is what the icon looks like
