A Stalker takes a Professor, and a Writer to the zone, to look at it.
This is all i can say, what "it" is i don't know, but let's forget the destination and focus on the journey and you will see when you do watch the movie the catharsis man have to go through as he gets numb to every pain imaginable in order to raise his head in anticipation of the sun the next day.
One believes in magic follows the procedure as he believes the zone possess power, the other is a skeptic while the last is a failed idealist all who find common ground in exposing fears, aspirations, failed dream in a pointless journey that is a metaphor for life in itself
This movie is a revelation to me, I saw it and wished all my worries away, In truth we all are like the stalker chasing almost to the point of death nothing really, and when we get there it is not enough we even desecrate the sacred in it, some might have plans to destroy it, Others might have fantasized so much about it and not find it up to the standard of what they felt, some are just satisfied out of fear,
Can words really explain this movie, I really don't think so and when you do find it, whatever your plans Just think of others don't you want to find hope too, don't you want them to believe that maybe you haven't searched the zone enough, that there is a state of mind one have to be in to fully experience the zone, and pray they find that synchronicity of mind, body, and fufilled belief.
