Theory Of Atomisation

 In everything, lies everything..

Posited from George Santayana spirituality through an ethics of detachment, in which through delimitation and removal of nooses that choke us as wants and help us to get our well spring of happiness, from and in wherever we find ourselves. I posit a theory of atomisation, which can gotten from mindfulness and total contentment. To do the little we can with each step we are afforded rather than striving for the elusive betters but by giving credence respect and propriety to the present and appreciate the one we have.
We should seek to atomize and give everything it’s entity-hood,and denounce every "there" of society by fully immersing ourselves in the now, like Matsuo Basho who pauses occasionally during his long walks to feel the wind on his face.

Atomisation therefore helps us to see that in everything there is everything, for example in our palms of our hands are scars we had when we fell those scars are now part of the heart lines just symbolizing the healing aspect of the world, or to go a little further, you can atomise the pain in your body as the shelling in Yemen. You are everything that is and will be, you are the universe.
As a consequence atomisation will teach us to do everything slow, and painstakingly mindfulness in everything we do (eating, cleaning, working e.t.c) so that we can heal the world we live in and ourselves a sore at a time with gentility and piety As Gandhi once said There is more to life than increasing its speed

Atomization help us stay content and calm, we should all know that in whatever we do we all are like gibbering monkeys for a while; making noise feeling important and eventually calming down. which I feel is the transcendental message of Kecak monkey ritual of Indonesia. One therefore must seek beauty in one's drab neighborhood and live to add more to that beauty which is the only visible good, from the littlest of rocks to a bigger one, nothing is too small, the addition of two halves becomes whole, and the small will eventually make up the grand.
Atomization however comes at a price, aside the obvious killing of one's ego there will be a lot of detachment which might make one feel svelte to most thing that are advertised in society, It requires discipline, calm and probably a little sluggishness to take life a bit easy, to know that there is no better in society you are everything that is and will be and the beauty you seek, sees you everyday It purges us of senseless greed, eternal toil to attain means and ends that lead to more and more means, stops our rat race and finally giving us calm (I’d rather not use happiness since it's rather subjective).
It starts when we start to see the numerous cell tower around us as Eiffel the tall building as our own White Houses, Our little trees as our share of the amazon we become like the ant we walk past; purposeful, we become like the tree, rooted and content in whatever body we find ourselves, like our heart that beat constantly for us regardless of our suicidal thoughts, not minding our ingratitude for a minute because we are our body and equally a cell in a bigger body which is the world, and we are here for a finite time why not attain our calm here and plant our flowers even though it is beside the mine, to make the immediate the ultimate since everything is a microcosm of everything Through atomisaiton we can make modest improvements that would culminate into healing and improving our world.
