A philosophy is an aim, an encompassing goal and thought process that is ingrained into the mind of a subjected populace or people to attain in the long term that which is quantifiable and to be evaluated in the time allocated, according to the yardstick of their values.
For a developing country like Nigeria, science and technology seems to receive a large portion of the chart in its aim. In justice and fairness their aim is to be scientifically inclined and to create a revolution of development through technology and it seems to be guiding philosophy of how it approach education as importance are given to most sciences courses unlike their counterpart. This is good and well planned thought process, only it is backed by the greedy, bastardizing and avaricious tenets of Abrahamism which is a religion of capitalist greed.
Abrahamism is the religions that originated from Abraham which are Christianity Islam and Judaism, they are the major religion of the world and there similar tenet is peace under the auspices of a living god that give them the authority to possess their possession, pillage, kill, eat and conquer all there is. You are created in my image, I have given you dominion over all and sundry go and multiply after your death you will be with me in paradise. This here is the framework of Abrahamism the three biggest religion in the world and in Nigeria, which stipulates that as much as they lived according to the laid down commandment in their holy books, the world was theirs to pillage, And today what do we have as a consequence; overpopulation, planet decay, climate change, war, pestilence, famine, unquenchable greed and laying waste to all that we have, since a place in the sky is promised. This mentality and philosophy is wrong with climate change population explosion, religious strife coming from the god my father thought process ingrain in us particularism and megalomania that make us greedy. to buttress this facet most of the war we have in recent year all stemmed from one way or the other from Abrahamism and it's egological approach towards everything. No room for second thought, it is either my way as microcosm of god or the highway.
Now with a human population of over 7 billion if all of them practices these religions which sadly most do, what will that mean for the earth what will that mean for our society , if they all have these mindset if the yardstick for quantifiable success according to capitalism is 40 acres and a mule, stamped in picture with the famous Thomas Gainsborough painting called Mr and Mrs Andrews

The painting which showed the ownership of avast amount of land which stretched as far as the eye can see as the precept of prosperity what then will happen if over 7 billion people all had 40 acres and a mule as a goal to attain and also instill in their children that they should do the same and get their own acres what we have is a dividing of the ocean (already happening among countries) and endless fighting for lands that are supposed to be theirs, It becomes the clashing of egos of seemingly peaceful children of god just trying to possess their possession. Which is another root to buttress the fact that Abrahamism is the religion of consumerism, blinding us to the enormous wealth we posses while we chase after things that frankly we don't need, and for any nation this is the worst philosophy. To back my point look at countries that practice Abrahamism as a philosophy and countries that practice Confucianism, and Taoism and see the difference in how they elate to their environment and to themselves

The Nazis thought about the negative influence of Abrahamism as it relates to capitalism when they try to change it by calling theirs Positive Christianity which preached “public need before private greed” But today the opposite is what is attained as many pastors who preach foxes have holes, bird of the air have nest but the son of man have no place to put his head, can't say the same of themselves, many have expensive private jets, capitalist industries and have turned the Churches to money grubbing houses. They reified Jesus to align with their greed, and their capitalist enterprise creating a Jesus that fit their avaricious angst.

HOUSING: Housing have been the bane of any population, the place we sleep and wake is important for the security it provides and shelter for our lives and properties, but over the years they have taken a change from the little encampment of stones in Olduvai Gorge to gigantic mansions that serve the same purpose of keeping the wind from our bones. House have changed from serving the purpose of protecting us from the harsh condition of nature to extensions of our egos, leading to a waste to build what look like mini prisons with light post, and unused rooms, house are create as reprisal of insult gotten from previous landlord who after striving to possessing the possession build these house to rival something or themselves it hard to point out what the unused rooms gigantic spaces and even down to stealing part of the road leaving no room for drainage, creating a big house slum with no trees in sight, positing that there is a void these people are trying to fill as they will still sleep on one side of the bed, in one side of a room among many empty rooms
GREED: Greed is to blame from the littlest finger reach in mindless grasp to excessive houses, children, and ownership of way too much things envisage with their large stomach, big cars on bad road the wanton greed becomes certified all in the name of Jesus, as they destroy all they touch when things are not going their way they pack and leave off to another country, after destroying their own, anything goes as far it reaches me, all good things are God planned and the bad things are Devil planned, forgetting almost laughably that the Devil too is God’s plan (see Job) it doesn't matter how i get it as far i don’t kill yet, I must get mine! creating a depraved and avaricious people that will do anything to make it and the fact that the religious houses worship money creating money bought pews and position like Knighthood and Alhaji means that this flawed thinking will be the way the truth and the life
VINDICTIVE NATURE: all these give way for a vindictive nature and retributive nature towards life, he did this, I will do this, I will buy car because someone splashed me water with one, creates a stupor where the bullied will want to bully in a recurring attrition and senseless clash of ego and personality that snap fingers in revenge, where we plot and promise to do ten fold what was done to them as long as no life is lost you will swindle, steal to get what God has promise you so that you can show and brag to others who will also plan through depraved means to also do the same through Christ our lord
AT THE END OF MY GREED IT's ALL GOD: Underhanded measures are forgotten as long as you come and do thanksgiving, no matter how I find it, no matter what is lost in the process it is all God these big homes, God built these houses, look at the expensive cars that god bought for me, these children God gave me, This flawed dependency approach to serving their creator and exalting him through their greed them give them a wide berth to ply such greedy nature on, To blame it all on easy find and undeserved generosity from God they advertise this kind of life to others who also seek to do the same in a stupefied gyre, that runs without check or evaluation. This same god is blind to the deplorable state of our education, health and roads, doesn't see the dilapidated schools, girl child marriage, disease and poverty and all other social malaise but find time to put money in your purse out of nowhere these mentality give them opportunity to steal and make more through underhanded measures and forget all about others who don't have that they should wait for God the Santa Claus of the world to give them theirs, and they check if the poverty and diseases they have is not a sign of them being naughty children
DESTROY THE EARTH: This is world is not my home so let's destroy it while we are here: the illusion of a there in society create a almost existential need to bastardize all they see to attain what they haven’t seen, and conveniently forget the proverb a bird at hand
Most Abrahamism charged nation bastardize their society and cause stinks, they don’t care about their environment at all their belief is the world is just a passage to the next, so it is therefore theirs to pillage and destroy once they are through up to the next one, Align with this thought process is an influx of migrant from our shores to Canada, Lampedusa and other European countries in search of a better life because of the bastardized, hopeless and damaged nature of our country by leaders who didn't see any need to plan for the future, their children are all outside the countries as they also steal public funds for their heaven replica. Since the world is not their house and they have a prison of belief to get to, they can destroy everything here through pollution, plastic, deforestation e.t.c, However if heaven is a place, it is the Earth for you cannot claim to be good and serve a God who saw he did as beautiful if you don't see that same beauty and need to care for and value what you have and where you stay.
LACK OF LOVE : Wherever you go , you see people push and shove, fight and take. You see the long standing effect of Abrahamism. you see little things craving so much, feeling too big and feeling nothing at all. In a country like Nigeria things are the way they are because of 200 million people with dreams and ambitions all pushing and shoving, trying to amass, giving birth to lots of children, since their Book call them Arrows in a quiver, trying with to possess their possession. Leading to constant egos clashing by vermin who are also product of greed and senseless lust. This lack of love another consequence of Abrahamism coalesces with the greed and lack of belief in the here which relegates people as having moral zeroes and undeserving of simple human courtesy, anyone not in line with your avaricious nature and plans is regarded as less than human and killed. Words like I am only helping you because of God show that the fear of hell is the beginning of their goodness, with Depravity rife as haze, it has caused a deeply scarred repression, a tar where we are the prison guards of each other self deception asking people did you go to church today, have you prayed, God bless you and I will kill you if you don't give me my money in the same breath. they have no love in them and I admit, Life is fantastically hard in Nigeria but to an extent it is as a result of the ignorance of how much we have and can give, If our leaders spend just half the money they steal in chasing after the there (heaven) in society and focus it on this little hell of ours maybe just maybe we can douse the flames of poverty and hopelessness. But how do you change a philosophy deeply rooted in greed, self preservation and soul vampirism?
With little questions like this one I can try and open us up to our conscience and show how much we can feed our selves in our dining table of elbow glued spoons. For when you look at any strife, or violence in your community either from a single person or a group you can trace the bone of contention to Abrahamism and in a country like Nigerian with over 200 million people infused with this bomb, it will only catalyze out of the recurring confusion in an eternal conflict with itself as we are stuck on an acquired folly that blinds us to the ills we cause ourselves while we gallivant junk as a symbol of dominance, use people and love things in a hamster's wheel called God our father. We can change all this if only we look down instead of up, and do the little we can here before God comes.
