I have never found an animation so sad, truthfully sad, that encapsulates the hopeless tug and call for attention, the real sincere stupidity attached to the indecision that is human behaivor. None have quite painted people so true like Bojack Horseman
Is it Life of a once popular middle aged actor who still dreams of being loved by the same people who see and will forever see him as the clown who clawed his way to success in the 90s through a family sitcom drama called Horsin Around.
Or Is it the life of a horse from a troubled upbringing who seeks to find redemption by forgiving himself and those around who hurt him and who he hurts daily as he strives to make sense of the fake life that made him who he is in HollyWoo

Highlighting amidst a very well written and intricate plot the life of celebrities among us as they touch sensitive issues around us and arrest our mind with diverse and crazy characters who in their varied ways look for their happy endings in the interwoven strings of their greed either in the long run or as each day passes from agents and big time shows and Oscar winnable movies, to ghost writing for an autobiography to sleeping with an unknown person under the influence of alcohol. Life here is where you find yourself even if it is in tar.

Subtle Jokes, and comedic outburst and awkwardness provide the ballast that Arrested Development and Breaking Bad Co stars Will Arnett and Aaron Paul bask in, As most Characters are also a subtle hint at what most humans really are at their chore, they could be a large mouthed shark, a free bird, a clueless chicken, an uppity cat, an annoying dog or a relentless horse

With nihilism at its very core, this series makes a mockery of human existence in a way Jonathan Swift might marvel at, recreating funny, scenic replicas towards the very stupidity that we refer to as human life, which stems from everything in between our chase for pleasure and run from pain.
